SPECIAL GUEST INTERVIEW WITH DAVID STRAHAN ON
“THE LAST OIL SHOCK”
David Strahan recently released his new book called “The Last Oil Shock”, which deals with the issue of peak oil. I first heard about it when I saw him on the TV3 show Campbell Live where John Campbell asked him in brief about the topic of peak oil. While John Campbell is the only mainstream media journalist in New Zealand highlighting the issue of peak oil the constraints of commercial television meant that David could be only interviewed for a few minutes.
I decided to follow up on this and seek a more in depth interview with David Strahan on the topic of peak oil and I was lucky enough to have him agree to an interview. This ended up being more in depth and covering wider issues such as economic theory, the Stern report and global warming than just the imminent demise in the supply of oil.
