Well i feel people out here and even the author is looking at a very microview of the scheme of things...If you have an overall macro view from the U.S govt perspective, maybe things might get a little more clear...

U.S is currently facing a huge current account deficit and with oil as the major imports which is also responsible to a great extent to the weakening of the dollar, this new should come as a great relief to fed.....

But the big question is why is the US trying to hide such reserves if discovered?....

The only plausible expanation is that the current account deficit that US currently possesses is more than funded by inflow of surpluses of other economies...So maybe US doesnt feel the need to reduce the deficit for the time being and wait for the oil resources to deplete worldwide....And then when other gulf economies, which are basically surviving and minting money due to their Oil reserves go bust, US can take charge and again emerge as the strongest nation...

According to this article: Hal Turner worked for the FBI as an ‘agent provocateur’ to basically publish information that might cause other parties to act in a manner which would lead to their arrest.

One must wonder, how many other FBI ‘agent provocateurs’ at this moment might be agitating Muslims, right-wing extremists and others to commit serious crimes against Americans.

When FBI ‘agent provocateur’ Hal turner allegedly mentioned lynching Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney, wasn't it foreseeable to the FBI that might cause an extremist to harm Cynthia in some manner? The FBI's distribution of hate information through an "Agent Provocateur", is a method used by terrorists to motivate "lone wolfs" and members of leaderless groups to commit crimes that could include murder? Were the alleged actions of FBI ‘agent provocateur’ Hal Turner regarding Cynthia McKinney, representative of FBI policy, to intimidate or coerce Black and other civilian populations: or the work of a shadow government operating with its own agenda? Americans deserve an answer to that question.

Ironically the FBI/U.S. Justice after targeting Cynthia McKinney, in 2007 supported several pieces of anti-terrorist legislation to protect Americans from the same criminal acts, the FBI appears to have promoted using Hal Turner, e.g., see SB 1959 “The Prevention of Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Act”; referred to by Americans, as the “Thought Crime Bill.”

Government informants are out of control: Congress needs to pass legislation that provides stronger oversight of government informants. It appears obvious there is little or no prudent oversight of informants by police and government agencies. And too frequently informants lie to please their handlers.

This is the best show on T.V. !! My favorite !! More money needs to be spent on saving the Whales. I Live in the N.W. Pudget sound and we see Orca whales all the time. I can`t Imagine killing one of these Whales. But they use to capture them all the time for Aquariums at big big Dollers. I Hope thisshow works at getting the whalers to stop !

I love reading about these advances. I wonder though how much of this will filter down to the everyday market. To make panels more affordable and better converting is a long term proposition, but requires the ability of these advances to be applied cheaply to mass production.

I guess that's why there's always some news about this advance or the other but little on the ground improvement in panel conversion rates.

Hello!

My name is Donna Roitstein, 66 years old and sane. I believe I have this disease. I have a history of arthritis and like to garden, mostly with non store-bought soils.
My hands are exposed to soil almost daily. My lesions appear as small black, brown, red and (rarely) green dots. If I squeeze them forcefully, they either come out looking like small white worms or a string of smaller dots appears...(babies?)
I am very scared because they seem to be multiplying quickly.

They are in my saliva and stool. I sent away for a skin parasites regimen called "All Stop," and I'm on my second day of use. (www.allstop.com)

I'm well educated (M.S. in management, B.S. in physics and I received my CFP license.) Yet, I now have short-term memory loss, am very fatigued and have joint pain, along with carpal tunnel.

Today I was dismayed to find my three turtles have the same raised "track marks" I am experiencing on their shell. They have grown to be the size of dinner plates and live happily in one of my bathtubs.

PLEASE help me if you can and I will answer any questions you need to ask. Thank you so much,

                                  Donna

Thank you so much.
I have started a stall at the local Kuirau Park market selling organic fresh fruit and veges in Rotorua.

I love whale wars it’s the best comedy on TV. It’s like the Steve Irwin and stooges. I can’t believe what buffoons they are and at every turn the Japanese defeat them in every encounter. They finally find the whaling ships and they throw acid but the ships to tall so they miss. and get injured from whalers spraying water, they throw an indestructible stronger than steel rope in front of ship to tangle in the prop but the ship just cuts the expensive as the caption said indestructible rope. They pick up the remainder and throw that in front of the ship again and the whaling ship just stops and picks it up, geniuses at work here. Wow this shows great, it’s like a modern day version of the three stooges, I haven’t laughed so hard in so long, and I’ve taped the whole series because it’s so darn funny. The only thing you can count on is the Japanese foiling their every attempt. By the way that Caption should also be put in jail for knowingly putting his stooges in real danger time after time. No I’m Japanese I’m just an avg old American but I do like comedy’s and this is a gem. Wow what idiots.

If glyphosate and POEA are considered inert then I am sure municipal water district treatment facilities do not filter for them. Given the common and wide spread use of Roundup in retail residential and commercial applications it is obvious that anyone serviced by city water would be drinking, eating and bathing in the stuff. Bathing is of particular concern since research shows that you absorb far more chemicals in a 15 min shower than consumption of 8 glasses of the same water per day due to inhalation of vaporized chemicals and the speedy absorption into the blood through the large surface area of the entire body with dilated pores and blood vessels.

Your series is compelling and rewarding. I feel you sometmimes have to do things that are controversial to drive home the point. We don't need to kill whales. There is nothing that a whale has that we don't have as an alternative. Some how the appetite for whale meat has to be satisfied with an attractive alternative. If something could be given to the whales thats harmless to them but lethal to humans that would end the slaughter. I guess that's wishful thinking!

Using these kinds of renewable energy sources is great, now another concern is the use of it. Start using energy saving applicances like LED Lighting, this kind of thing would greatly reduce the demand as well

Ascorbic acid does a lot of things inside and outside the body. It boosts the immune system, protects the cells from free radical damage and it also smooths out the texture of the skin when used topically. I see to eat that i get my daily Vitamin-C from natural fruits juices plus ascorbic acid supplements.

I work for Unilever, a multinational company that works with both Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance. I have worked closely on launches of some of our products that are certified by either RA or FT. I am writing this in a private capacity.

Your article is not helpful since it is badly researched and biased. It contains several factual errors about both FT and RA. (as an example, the statement 'Fair Trade has a 2% fee. The fee goes directly back to community development projects, ensuring that conditions and opportunities for farm workers improve with every shipment.' is clearly not true- the per pound license fee that Transfair charges is mainly used for marketing purposes http://www.transfairusa.org/content/resources/faq-advanced.php#fees )

Justin fails to mention that both FT and RA are members of ISEAL- which is the de facto gold standard for certification schemes. http://www.isealalliance.org . ISEAL has strict rules for the setting of standards, including stakholder engagement.

RA and FT have different objectives and use a different approach. Both schemes have their strengths and weaknesses. They’re complimentary, and both further sustainable development, but in different ways. To say one is better than the other is like saying apples are better than oranges.

Unfortunately some people see certification schemes as a zero-sum game- if RA wins then FT loses. This is doing a disservice to both schemes. The reality is that we shouldn’t focus on the difference between RA and FT. We should focus on the difference between certified and non-certified goods. If only one consumer buys a non- certified product instead of an RA certified product as a result of this article then that is a loss for sustainable development as a whole.

I would have said exactly the same thing if the article had been written pro RA and contra FT.

What will be the outcome of the Georgian-Ossetian war?
What will be the outcome of this conflict? I study the Bible and have found out that at the appointed time Russia will return. (Daniel 11:29a) This prophecy has started to be fulfilled. Russia has begun to rebuild an empire. The future will reveal if Russia returns on a big or small scale. After that, "the king of the north" (Russia) will come somewhere into the south. Many indicate that this might be Georgia (Georgia and Russia already are preparing for another war). When this happens, according to the biblical foretelling, the West will come against Russia. "The king of the north" will be broken and retreat. (Daniel 11:29b,30) At that time, peace will be taken from the earth and the "great sword" - nuclear sword - will be used. (Revelation 6:4) However, it will be neither the great tribulation nor "the end of the world" (Armageddon). As Jesus foretold, that will be "the beginning of birth pains". (Mathew 24:7,8)
